Steve is co-founder of The Proof Group with Ernest Koe and serves as the company Chairman. His has been working on the business and consulting and service end of software development for over 7 years. Steve's primary responsibilities are operations and business development, but he enjoys being involved in the creation and review of products and projects as "another pair of eyes."

Steve also spends a good deal of time reading, thinking and talking about social media and it's place in school and non-profit marketing strategy. He believes that social media is the now and future of recruitment and constituent outreach and welcomes any excuse to talk about why!

Before getting into the technology game, Steve was a teacher, coach and dorm parent at two New England independent schools. He is a graduate of St. Paul's School and Tufts University.

Steve lives in Eliot, ME with his wife Nicole and his daughters Sophie (10) and Emmanuelle (7). Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, playing or watching any kind of sport, particularly tennis, and exploring the seacoast with his family. He spends as much time as he can at his family camp in the Adirondacks.
